Caregiver

What can you expect as a Caregiver?

Our loyal caregivers provide daily services to our clients that include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, toileting and personal care
• Utilize personal care plan to assess an individual's needs.
• Assisting care recipients with transfers and ambulation
• May assist with medication reminders and administration, and pharmacy prescription pick-up.
• Non-medical services such as helping with errands, shopping, light housekeeping and companionship
• Meal preparation within client’s diet plan, and assist with feeding as necessary
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Foster a meaningful relationship between the client and their community.
